We all face challenges in our complex lives, and psychotherapy can provide a space and relationship to hold and transform what might otherwise feel unmanageable.

I work psychodynamically in a person-centred, warm and relational way to promote a sense of safety in relationship, encouraging your inherent vitality and capacity for change. I generally work with people weekly, in a medium- to long-term capacity. This kind of work suits people who have experienced relational or complex trauma (though this may not be obvious), who may find themselves in longstanding patterns (eg. emotional, cognitive, relational, behavioural), and who are interested in working together through relationship to find ways of becoming more alive to themselves.

Some common experiences that psychotherapy can help with are: depression, anxiety, intimacy/relationship/attachment concerns, low self-esteem, grief and loss, difficult life transitions, identity confusion, feelings of emptiness or overwhelming emotions, and more.

I work with all people, regardless of culture, race, sexuality, body type, gender identity, age (adult), diagnosis, etc. I strive to provide a welcoming, safe space and work towards knowing the real you, including these aspects but not defining you by them.

Please reach out to organise an initial chat to discuss how I may help.
