1. Eligibility to Submit

- You must hold a valid, current accreditation, membership, or registration with a recognised Australian organisation (e.g., AHPRA, PACFA, ACA, APS, etc.).
- You must comply with all Australian federal and state laws governing healthcare and mental health services.
2. Submission Content
By submitting content to SeekHelp, you confirm that:
- All information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You will promptly update your listing if any material details change (e.g., credentials, practice location, services offered).
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, edit, publish, and display your submitted content on the SeekHelp website, email communications, or related promotional materials.
- You have the legal right to publish any images, logos, or third-party materials submitted with your listing.
3. Directory Inclusion
- Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All listings are subject to review and approval by SeekHelp.
- We reserve the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings at any time, with or without notice, particularly if the listing breaches these Terms or is deemed misleading, harmful, or inappropriate.
4. Fees and Payments
- Listing fees (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before submission or renewal.
- All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is required in advance for any paid plans or premium listing features.
- Failure to pay required fees may result in suspension or removal of your listing.
5. Use of the Directory
- SeekHelp is a platform for information only. We do not provide clinical services or advice, nor do we endorse or vet the clinical effectiveness of any listed provider.
- Users are encouraged to independently verify a professional’s qualifications and suitability before engaging their services.
- SeekHelp is not liable for any dispute, outcome, or experience between users and professionals listed on the Site.
6. Professional Conduct
You agree that your conduct, both online and offline, must:
- Uphold ethical standards consistent with your professional governing body;
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or service scope;
- Not engage in any conduct that may damage the reputation of SeekHelp or mislead users.
7. Prohibited Submissions
You must not submit:
- False, defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent content;
- Content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or unregistered health practices;
- Advertising for products or services unrelated to mental health support in Australia.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property on the Site remains the property of SeekHelp or its licensors.
- You must not copy, republish, or reuse directory content without express written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Use
- All submissions are subject to our Privacy Policy.
- By submitting a listing, you consent to the collection, use, and public display of your business and professional contact information.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SeekHelp makes no warranties or guarantees regarding listing visibility, client acquisition, or platform uptime.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your listing.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid (if any) for your listing in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Termination
- You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting support@seekhelp.com.au.
- SeekHelp may suspend or terminate your listing at its sole discretion if these Terms are breached, or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Site.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Submission Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site or your listing after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
